Having worked at J.P. Morgan, London as a Credit Risk Analyst for over two years, Sukrit understands the demands of the professional world and what it takes to break in. As co-founder of Ikigai, he is committed to guiding students through the often complex journey of landing graduate roles by helping them explore the right pathways, build compelling profiles, and connect with firms that will shape their future careers.
Aditi, our Chief Mentor, knows the journey of applying for graduate jobs and internships in a new country inside out.
After earning her BSc. Hons in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, she secured three graduate offers and went on to build a 12-year career in financial services across London and New York.
A firm believer in the principles of Ikigai, Aditi applies these values to mentor students through every step of their journey, from choosing the right university to building a fulfilling professional life.
