📄 How do you help with the CV and cover letter?

You send us your existing CV and cover letter, even if they’re rough drafts. We get on a quick call to understand your background, strengths, and goals. Then we rewrite everything for you, from structure to tone, so it reflects your personality and what recruiters are actually looking for.

🏢 Do you have a ready list of companies you recommend?

We don’t believe in generic shortlists. Instead, we take time to understand your profile and goals. Once we’re clear on that, we match you with relevant companies from our internal list of firms, roles, and programs. The aim is to help you apply where your chances are strongest.

🧠 How do you help with numerical reasoning questions in online assessments?

We provide a bank of practice questions designed to match the difficulty and format of actual employer assessments. While we can’t guarantee the exact same questions will appear in your test, our material is based on patterns we’ve seen across top companies. You’ll get comfortable with the structure, timing, and logic behind these tests, so nothing feels unfamiliar on test day.

🔒 Will my information be kept private if I don’t want my job offer or Ikigai’s support to be made public?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. We’re fully GDPR compliant, and nothing, not your name, offer, or application details, is ever shared without your permission. Some students are happy to be featured; others prefer privacy. We respect both.
